The second die pairing of Obverse 2. Obverse 2 is identified
by date placement at LH and date repunching that features initial date
impressions to the north above the serif and bases and to the south
below the serif and base of the 1; to the north above the upper loop
and to the south within the upper loop of the 9; to the northwest above
the upper loop and to the south within the 0; to the north and to the
south within the lower loop of the 6.
Reverse AAAP is rotated 7 degrees clockwise and has developed the
following die cracks:
1. Die crack from the denticles at 3:15 downward through the
right wreath to the rim at 4:45.
2. Light die crack from the denticles at 5:00 upward through
the wreath stem and ribbon knot.
3. Moderately heavy die crack from the rim at 7:15 upward
through the left wreath and intersecting die crack #4 at 9:00.
4. Moderately heavy die crack from the rim at 8:30 upward
through the left wreath to the rim at 10:00.

93 represents the second die pairing of Obverse 2, which was previously
in service paired with Reverse B during the 1906 Variety 1 Die Pairing.
Variety 93 was first identified by David Killough, who submitted the
above plate coin during late August 2019.
