Obverse 3 is identified by date placement at C and date repunching that features initial date impressions to the east of the lower right side of the 9 and 0 digits as well as to the east of the upright and diagonal of the 4 digit.

Reverse C is rotated 5 degrees clockwise.

Comments: The Obverse 3 initial date impressions of the 9 and 4 digits are bold, while the initial date impression of the 0 digit is less bold in comparison.
