Obverse 32 is identified by date placement at LE and date repunching that features initial date impressions to the east within both loops of the 8, within both loops of the 9 and within the upper loop of the 3. Obverse 32 has acquired a clash mark in front of the eye of Miss Liberty from a clashing event with Reverse AF.  Obverse 32 has developed moderately heavy die flow lines and rim breaks between 12:30 and 1:30.

Reverse AF is rotated 2 degrees clockwise and is in a similar die state as Obverse 32, with the advancement of moderately heavy die flow lines.  Reverse AF has acquired a clash mark through (C)ENT from a clashing event with Obverse 32.

Comments:  During late August 2019, David Killough submitted the above example for inclusion in this book as an incremental die state of 1893 Variety 5.  Upon examination of David's coin, I discovered that both obverse and reverse were struck from working dies that were different than the Obverse 7 / Reverse G pairing of Variety 5.  The date placement is the same for both Obverse 7 and Obverse 32 and the date repunching for both obverses are extremely similar, with the exception of the orientation of the initial date impressions within the upper loop of the 3.

The following illustrates the initial date impressions within the upper loop of the 3 for Obverse 7 and Obverse 32:
